About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenues in our store. You will supervise a strong team and ensure excellent customer service standards are met.
* Meet and exceed ongoing retail sales targets
* Manage visual merchandising standards to create attractive displays that showcase products
* Recruit, develop, and motivate staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
Fundraising Events
You will play a vital role in organizing on-going store-based fundraising events. These events promote Vision Ireland's brand while supporting local communities. Your creativity and innovation will help drive these initiatives forward.
