Position Overview:
The Marketing Technology (MarTech) team specializes in developing innovative solutions across marketing platforms. We are a company with one of the most recognizable portfolios of brands in the world and our marketing practices have been setting the industry standards for decades. We build integrations for our identity system, promo engine, and various other marketing experiences.
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior MarTech Engineer with strong expertise in Node.js and .NET to join our dynamic team as an individual contributor. This pivotal role combines innovation and speed to ensure that the team is on track to meet the objectives of our product launches. You will play a critical role in guiding the development of high-quality software solutions, ensuring that our projects are delivered on time and within scope.
What You'll Do for Us:
1. Develop innovative solutions that meet market needs with respect to functionality, performance, scalability, reliability, realistic implementation schedules, and adherence to development goals and principles.
2. Participate in, and adhere to, professional software engineering practices using such tools and methodologies such as Agile Software Development, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration and Deployment, Source Code Management.
3. Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in the development process.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Architects, and Global Teams.
5. Maintain a high level of proficiency with Computer Science/Software Engineering knowledge and contribute to the technical skills growth of other team members.
6. Develop industry and product technical expertise.
Technical Skills:
1. Solid knowledge of backend programming language, .NET core (and above) or NodeJS.
2. Solid knowledge of Azure Function Apps, Azure AppService, Serverless Architecture and patterns.
3. Experience building RESTful microservices and large systems in services-oriented architectures.
4. Solid understanding of security concepts. Expert in building secure web applications and RESTful services.
5. Solid understanding of programming paradigms (object-oriented, functional, event-driven etc.) and their applications.
6. Experience of Azure B2C/Entrata-ID, a working understanding of AzureB2C custom policies, AAD Applications, Authentication and IAM.
7. Solid knowledge of CICD systems such as GitHub, Jenkins, Bamboo.
8. Nice to have - experience with Microsoft Chatbot Framework, Twilio, Infobip.
Work Experience:
1. 3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Node.js and .NET-based application development.
2. Experience with Azure in a large enterprise environment.
3. Azure certifications above AZ-900.
4. Nice to have, familiarity with Azure AAD (B2C), OAuth, Adobe CRM (AJO, AEP, AEM).
5. Nice to have, AWS experience or certifications.
6. Nice to have, Java knowledge.
