Responsibilities
 * Advise Irish and international clients on all aspects of corporate tax law, including structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and inward investment.
 * Provide strategic tax advice on financing transactions, reorganisations, and cross-border issues.
 * Liaise with tax authorities on complex and high-value matters.
 * Draft and review key transactional and advisory documentation.
 * Collaborate with partners and colleagues across practice areas to deliver integrated solutions.

Candidate Profile
 * 2–5 years' PQE as a
 tax solicitor/advisor
, gained within a leading law or accountancy firm in Ireland, or in London.
 * Excellent technical knowledge of Irish and international tax law.
 * Strong analytical, drafting, and problem-solving skills.
 * Commercially astute, adaptable, and capable of managing competing priorities.
 * A confident communicator and team player with a growth mindset and genuine enthusiasm for tax law.
