We are working with one of the leading & most trusted Data centre construction companies in their sector. Based in Dublin & delivering throughout Europe, this is a fantastic opportunity to be a CSA (Civil, Structural and Architectural) expert on site for this leading contractor. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex construction projects. As the CSA Construction Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of the project while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Requirements
1. Manage the coordination of the Civil, Structural, and Architectural work packages.
2. Support and manage the CSA team (supervisors, engineers, and package managers) to successfully deliver the CSA scope on a fast-track, technical project.
3. Oversee site safety in collaboration with the Project Manager and Safety Team.
4. Promote a strong culture regarding Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental matters within your team.
5. Plan and monitor procurement, design, engineering, and installation for all CSA works.
6. Develop a project delivery strategy for CSA work and support the commercial team in creating Scope of Work documents and sub-contract packages.
7. Review client designs, identify discrepancies or deviations from standards, and lead resolution efforts while protecting the company's commercial and contractual interests.
8. Develop and manage site QA/QC plans to ensure project compliance.
9. Manage daily site operations, including contractor management, health & safety, and quality assurance/control.
10. Coordinate project schedule with planning teams, project managers, and subcontractors.
11. Collaborate with the design team to ensure timely and aligned information flow.
12. Oversee subcontractor activities, progress tracking, and resource management.
13. Lead weekly progress meetings with supply chain members.
14. Maintain all subcontractor documentation for future reference.
15. Participate in site meetings, reviews, planning, and handover meetings.
16. Manage project close-out activities, including punch lists and safety files.
17. Apply methodical thinking and strong problem-solving skills to resolve design and site challenges.
18. Issue regular reports to the project management team.
19. Support commercial meetings to manage variations and client changes.
20. Review drawings and setting-out information, ensuring coordination with MEP services.
Skills/Qualifications
* Relevant Construction degree or similar qualification.
* Minimum of 7 years CSA construction site experience.
* Strong background in managing CSA work packages.
* Ability to oversee entire projects while managing technical details.
* Experience in scheduling, programming, and sequencing, including look-ahead forecasts.
* Proven ability to manage internal construction teams effectively.
* Experience delivering large-scale projects.
