Job Overview: BrookLodge & Macreddin Village is currently seeking a Junior Duty Manager to join our dedicated and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional with experience in both Food & Beverage and Front Office operations, looking to further their career in a unique and award-winning destination. As Junior Duty Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations across the village. You will work closely with the General Manager and Heads of Departments to ensure that our exceptional standards of service and guest experience are consistently delivered. Key Responsibilities: Support the daily operations of BrookLodge & Macreddin Village across all departments. Act as a main point of contact for guests while on duty, maintaining a strong and visible presence throughout the property Work with department heads to uphold and enhance our commitment to outstanding customer service Assist in the planning, coordination, and smooth execution of day-to-day events Help train and onboard new crew members, contributing to a welcoming and knowledgeable crew Respond promptly and professionally to guest feedback, queries, or concerns Ensure all company policies and procedures are consistently followed for both the Crew and Guest. Lead by example and foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
