Front Office Administrator – Tralee

We are seeking a Front Office Administrator to join our expanding team in Tralee. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic office environment and is keen to deliver exceptional service to both clients and colleagues. As the first point of contact for our firm, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our front office operations.
Key Experience
 * Front Office Administration experience, ideally 3+ years
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
 * Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
Key Responsibilities
 * Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
 * Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence efficiently, directing inquiries to the relevant team members.
 * Support daily administrative operations including data entry, document presentation and filing.
 * Uphold confidentiality and always handle sensitive information with discretion.
 * Maintain office communal areas ensuring they are organised, presentable and stocked with necessary supplies.
 * Monitor and order office supplies as required.
 * Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow across all teams.
 * Contribute to upholding CSG’s company values and foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture.

Salary and Benefits
 * Salary €30,000 – €35,000 based on experience.
