Job Title: Senior Construction Site Manager
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Construction Site Manager to oversee daily site operations, monitor project progress, and coordinate site labour, subcontractors, and trades.
About the Role
* Manage and coordinate site labour, subcontractors, and trades effectively to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
* Participate in site meetings and liaise with the wider project team to facilitate effective communication
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure all works are completed to specification
* Report weekly on project delivery and site performance to stakeholders
Requirements
* Prior experience working on residential construction projects, preferably apartment developments
* Trade background with a strong understanding of construction principles
* Experience in managing subcontractors and coordinating site labour
