A growing global technology company is seeking a
Partner Marketing Manager
to accelerate growth in the European market.
This role will focus on building business with top resellers while also identifying and recruiting Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to expand the partner ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing partner programs, creating co-branded campaigns, and driving measurable results through innovative marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute partner marketing strategies for top resellers and MSPs across Europe
Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships, serving as the primary marketing contact
Design, launch, and manage co-branded campaigns to drive awareness, demand, and pipeline growth
Identify and engage new MSPs to expand market presence in the EU
Organize and support user groups, partner events, and community engagement activities
Collaborate with sales and leadership to align partner marketing activities with business objectives
Create partner enablement materials, including playbooks, case studies, and toolkits
Deliver innovative, out-of-the-box marketing ideas to create momentum and differentiation
Track campaign KPIs, measure ROI, and report outcomes to marketing leadership
Requirements
Proven track record in partner marketing, channel marketing, or reseller/MSP programs within networking, security, or IT infrastructure
Demonstrated success working with top resellers and MSPs, including joint business planning and program execution
Experience running co-branded campaigns, user groups, and partner events
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Additional Requirements
Creative, innovative mindset with the ability to develop unique marketing strategies
Comfortable working independently in a remote, global environment
Additional European language skills are a strong plus
Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe for partner events and meetings
