Nestled on an elevated site with four acres of beautifully landscaped gardens overlooking Dublin Bay, our 4-star hotel is renowned for its exceptional service and vibrant atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist senior chefs in the preparation, production, and presentation of high-quality dishes.
* Deliver effective service across all food outlets for both internal and external guests.
* Take ownership of your designated station, ensuring consistency and excellence in food preparation.
* Be fully conversant with all menus including breakfast, lunch, table d'hote and a la carte.
* Maintain and update production sheets daily.
* Ensure timely delivery of food items to the appropriate service areas.
* Report equipment faults and ensure proper usage of all kitchen tools and appliances.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Minimum1 year of experiencein a Chef de Partie role within a professional kitchen.
* Recognised culinary qualification and proven experience managing HACCP systems.
* Strong skills in food preparation, presentation, and service.
* Experience inmenu design, implementation and food cost control.
* High standards of cleanliness, organisation, and professionalism.
* Enthusiastic, driven and committed to culinary excellence.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Honest, reliable, flexible and hardworking.
