Maintenance Manager Role
This is a leadership opportunity to oversee engineering and maintenance operations across multiple production sites. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Maintenance Manager, Engineering Manager, or Senior Maintenance Lead within manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and develop multi-site maintenance teams.
2. Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and ensure effective scheduling.
The successful candidate will be able to drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and site performance while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
* Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical maintenance.* Experience managing CapEx projects from planning through commissioning.* Excellent communication, organisational, and planning abilities.* Ability to work across multiple sites effectively.
