Job Title: Manager, Research and Development
This is a challenging opportunity to lead a team of professionals in the development of innovative medical devices. As a manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of product development projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.
In this role, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with stakeholders at various levels within the organization. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing direct reports to achieve their full potential.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience in managing technical teams. A strong understanding of engineering principles and medical device regulations is essential. This role requires regular travel to Denmark and the US.

**Requirements:**
1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
2. Mastery over ISO standards.
