Responsibilities:

1. Develop relationships with key clients across multiple market segments to grow revenue – Corporate, MICE, DMC, Tours.

2. Lead and coordinate sales activities across four hotels.
">
3. Develop and implement a selling strategy to grow business levels for each hotel across all markets.
">
4. Recognize and capitalize on opportunities for PR & media exposure for the hotels.
">
5. Evaluate and apply commercial and effective yield management strategies for all sources of business.
">
6. Motivate and develop high-performing Sales teams to achieve business targets.
">
7. Be familiar with the customer database and maintain the sales IT infrastructure.
">
8. Maximize the benefits of International Franchise Agreements in place.
">
9. Manage and control annual sales performance with directors.
">
10. Contribute at a senior level in the formulation of commercial strategy and expansion of the group.
">

Required Skills and Qualifications:
">
Requirements:

11. A minimum of five years' experience as Director of Sales & Marketing (or equivalent title) within quality hotel establishments with group and franchise experience.
">
12. Demonstrated dynamic self-starting ability with very strong commercial acumen and judgment.

13. High level of drive and enthusiasm

14. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
">
15. Strong leadership and people skills
">
16. Ability to present and interpret sales content and analytics at a senior level
