A well-established accountancy practice in South Dublin is seeking aqualified accountantto join the team on a full-time basis. The firm has been operating for over 35 years and has recently undergone significant changes in management and staffing. Due to a substantial increase in workload across all areas of practice, we are looking for an experienced professional to support our growing client base. Key Responsibilities: Assist with accounts preparation for both audit and audit-exempt clients. Support audit assignments, both in-house and at client premises. Prepare tax returns, including VAT, Corporation Tax, and Income Tax. Manage payroll clients as required. Liaise with partners on client assignments and oversee a portfolio of clients. Requirements: Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CPA). Minimum 1years PQEin a practice environment preferred, but candidates from industry will also be considered. Newly qualified candidates will also be considered. Some experience with Corporate and Income Tax returns is beneficial but not essential. Proficiency in MS Excel and Word. Experience with accounts preparation software is an advantage. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork. Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary, €55,000 - €65,000 (Negotiable dependent on experience.) Exposure to a diverse client base, including SMEs, larger businesses, and not-for-profit organisations.
