Global Supply Chain Specialist
Global Distribution (12-month Fixed Term Contract)
Our client is a
global pharmaceutical organisation
seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to support its international distribution operations on a 12-month fixed term contract.
This role sits within a regulated, fast-paced environment and will suit someone with strong third-party logistics (3PL) management experience and hands-on supply chain operations exposure across global markets.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing sales order processing, customer queries and commercial support activities
* Coordinating closely with 3PL partners, distribution and manufacturing teams to ensure schedule adherence
* Maintaining accurate forecasts and supporting end-to-end planning activities
* Ensuring compliance with quality, regulatory and EHS requirements
* Preparing operational metrics and supporting regular business reviews
* Working cross-functionally across commercial, finance and shared services teams
Key requirements:
* 5–7 years' experience in supply chain or logistics operations
* Strong third-party logistics and global distribution experience
* Background in
pharmaceutical or FMCG
environments
* Solid understanding of global logistics execution and freight forwarder management
* Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
