Job Summary:
As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food to the highest standards in our busy kitchen environment. You will work as part of a close-knit team to deliver exceptional cuisine for our guests, including high-volume private events such as weddings and birthday parties. If you have a passion for cooking, a professional attitude, and excellent culinary skills, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare high-quality food to the highest standards in a busy kitchen environment
* Work effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional cuisine for our guests
* Follow recipes, high culinary standards, and protocols to ensure consistency and quality
* Participate in the preparation of food for high-volume private events
* Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety protocols
* Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
* High-culinary skills and experience working in a professional kitchen environment
* Ability to work well within a team and maintain a professional attitude
* EU nationality
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable Skills:
* Experience working in a pastry section
