(Bio) Pharmaceutical, Med-Tech, Utilities, Advanced Manufacturing, Mining, and Food & Beverage.Role / DutiesValued member of ACS multi-disciplinary sales, service and project delivery teams providing VSD and Power Quality products and supports for high profile key accounts.Develop strong customer, integrator, contractor partnerships.Provide technical support for ACS Sales and Service teams.Customer technical assistance for PQ, VSD, and motor control related issues.Site visits, technical surveys, audits, customer support visits.Manage VSD and Power Quality product/project installations, commissioning, and service teams in Munster region.Controls systems design/input, job spec development, approvals, quotations.Service Level Agreement support to key accounts.Facilitate scheduled maintenance, in line with Service Agreements for key accounts.Produce deliverables in accordance with project requirements, codes, specifications, and procedures.Collate & produce critical project documentation for hand‑over.Participate in certified training programmes and a selection of CPD’s as part of the ABB global network of Value Providers.Undertake a skills audit and supplement with ACS funded training/education as required.Education / Skills / CharacterQualified Electrical / Engineering or Mechatronics discipline.Minimum 5 years’ experience with electrical control, process control, PLC/DCS systems.Electrical systems design, installation & project delivery essential.VSD systems – ABB, Allen Bradley, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Danfoss beneficial.Ability to read, interpret and mark‑up electrical wiring schematics.Be motivated, methodical, and capable of adhering to project delivery timelines.An excellent communicator and comfortable working in both sales and project delivery teams.Capable of managing conflicting priorities whilst taking ownership of work.Conscientious, courteous, and resourceful.
