We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to drive growth in industrial sales across the region. This field-based role focuses on key account management and new business development within the industrial, engineering, manufacturing, and PPE sales markets.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and expand an existing portfolio of key accounts.
\
2. Identify and win new business in the industrial sector.
\
3. Conduct site visits, client presentations, and technical product demonstrations.
\
4. Deliver exceptional customer service and after-sales support.
\
5. Achieve defined sales targets and KPIs.
\
6. Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and industrial equipment innovations.
\
7. Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry exhibitions.
\
8. Ideal Skills & Experience:
\
\
9. 2–3 years in industrial sales, engineering sales, or manufacturing sales.
\
10. Proven track record in business development and key account management.
\
11. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
\
12. Technical aptitude to present complex industrial equipment solutions.
\
13. Full, clean driving license and willingness to travel in Leinster.
\
14. Degree/diploma in Engineering, Business, or related field (desirable).
\
15. Previous experience selling PPE, industrial equipment, tools, or consumables.
\
