Responsibilities

* Receive 121 personal coaching to master the recruitment process and progress toward promotions with clarity.
* Follow a proven training path to transition from any industry to a top recruitment career, with potential progression to senior roles within two years or less.
Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in luxury retail (Sales Associate, Client Advisor, Team Leader, Department Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager) with high energy, strong communication, persuasiveness, and a sales-oriented personality.
* Track record of progression; comfortable with targets and cross-selling.
* Bachelor’s degree or higher is a plus.

* In the first year, typical total compensation is 43K+ (base salary plus commissions); average earnings in the second year are €61K, with high performers earning more.
