Travel Accommodation Coordinator | Engineering South West Dublin | On-site Full-time | Permanent A leading European engineering organisation specialising in large-scale, complex infrastructure projects is seeking a Travel Accommodation Coordinator to join its head office team in Dublin.
The business delivers turnkey project solutions across multiple European countries and is experiencing continued growth, supporting large project teams working on-site across international locations.
This role plays a key part in coordinating accommodation and travel logistics to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities: Managing accommodation requests for employees and senior stakeholders in line with project schedules Arranging hotel reservations and longer-term accommodation solutions Coordinating with landlords, estate agents, and travel providers Preparing itineraries and managing bookings, amendments, and cancellations Maintaining accurate accommodation records and tracking spreadsheets Reviewing landlord and agency invoices on a weekly basis Producing monthly accommodation reports for payroll and finance teams About you: Strong written and spoken English Previous experience in a travel coordination, accommodation, or logistics role Comfortable managing multiple bookings across flights, hotels, rental cars, and long-term stays Highly organised, proactive, and solution-focused Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Advanced MS Office skills Experience with booking systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or similar is an advantage Knowledge of international travel regulations and processes is beneficial Relevant qualification in hospitality, travel, tourism, or business is desirable ??
