THE ROLE
Tesco Ireland seeks a
Line Manager
responsible for supporting and leading a department and team to deliver the best shopping experience for our customers.
Reporting to the Deputy Manager, you will ensure we serve Ireland's shoppers a little better every day.

You will be responsible for:
Creating an inspiring environment for colleagues and customers
Managing store operations in the absence of Store Manager/Deputy Manager
Training and validating staff
Fostering two-way communication and trust
Coaching colleagues to meet priorities and customer needs
Analyzing reports for improvements
Driving zero food waste initiatives
Recruiting passionate colleagues
Ensuring store cleanliness and stock control
Managing pricing, refunds, and queue management
Providing feedback on service quality
You need to demonstrate:
Passion for delivering excellent service
Adaptability and agility
Ability to meet objectives in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving and influencing skills
Previous retail experience preferred
