Electrical Technician Position Overview

This role is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual to work collaboratively with our on-site facilities team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with the on-site facilities team to ensure planned reactive and preventative tasks are completed.
2. Responsible for operations of M&E equipment, including UPS, CRAC, generator, BMS, Power Distribution System, Air-conditioner in Office, Fire Alarm System, Water protection system, and Drainage Systems, to ensure compliance with HSE and statutory requirements.
3. Supervise maintenance work executed by vendors to ensure safe and quality works are delivered.
4. Provide first line fix and competency in terms of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and kitchen power issues.
5. Perform fabric-related repairs, including handyman repairs, painting works, and issues with conference rooms, interior furnishings, fixtures, and equipment.
6. Conduct quality audits, including furniture and equipment, on a regular basis, logging all issues, ensuring actions are completed on time and in line with Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
7. Complete daily checks in line with the delivery of committed services.
8. Work closely with contractors and vendors on a regular basis, conducting risk assessments and following safety protocols, ensuring compliance.
9. Work with the internal task system to keep track of all requested facilities work and close out actions according to Service Level Agreements.
10. Provide appropriate and timely follow-ups to colleagues and customers in emails, task systems, social posts, and face-to-face.
11. Work collaboratively to solve problems and resolve spontaneous and unique situations with professionalism and service-focused approach.
12. Make recommendations to leverage innovations whilst utilizing technologies for the client where required to improve site performance and maintenance practices.
13. Work as part of the multiservice team: supporting Facilities, Events, Mailroom, and Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC) as needed.
14. Work in accordance with health and safety measures and promote best practice amongst colleagues, contractors, and vendors.
15. Work as part of the sustainability drive to reduce utility consumption across the site.
