BIM Manager – Data Centre ConstructionLocation:DublinSalary:€90,000 to €100,000 DOESector:Data Centre ConstructionRole OverviewA BIM Manager is required to lead digital delivery and information management across large-scale data centre construction projects in Dublin. This role will take ownership of BIM systems, reporting, processes and platform adoption across multiple project teams, ensuring consistent use of digital tools to support construction delivery, quality and programme performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation, management and continuous improvement of digital construction platforms across live data centre projectsDefine and maintain BIM execution processes, workflows and information management procedures in line with ISO 19650Own the setup, governance and performance of the Common Data Environment, ensuring data accuracy, accessibility and complianceSupport project teams with model coordination, information exchange and digital best practice throughout the construction lifecycleDevelop and deliver training programmes to upskill engineers, site teams and project managers in BIM and digital toolsAct as the central point of contact for BIM-related matters across multiple projectsDrive consistent reporting and data-led insights to support project controls and decision-makingWork closely with design teams, construction management and commercial teams to ensure digital delivery aligns with project objectivesRequirementsDegree-qualified in Construction, Engineering, BIM, Digital Construction or a related disciplineMinimum 5 years' experience within the construction industry, with extensive Data Center experienceStrong working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC Build) and associated BIM workflowsProven experience managing BIM processes within a live construction environmentSolid understanding of ISO 19650 information management principlesConfident communicator with the ability to train, influence and support multidisciplinary teamsPackageSalary €90,000 to €100,000 depending on experienceExtensive Benefits package available
