Job Title:
A Construction Project Coordinator position is available in a Leinster-based company.
The company specializes in mixed-use Residential projects across the Country and are involved in various construction sectors, including public works, sports, commercial, and residential buildings.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and liaise with project managers, site engineers, and services coordinators to ensure timely and accurate information for subcontractors and site personnel.
* Ensure that all materials used and work performed align with project specifications and drawing requirements.
* Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, conduct site inspections, and provide technical expertise.
* Involvement in project planning, risk management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Manage and maintain project registers on site.
Requirements
* Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management related discipline.
* Experience as a Site Engineer/Setting-Out Engineer with a Main Contractor or Residential Developer.
* Knowledge of temporary works coordination.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
