Offering exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and project updates.
Keeping accurate records of all services performed, including parts used and time spent on each job.
Collaborating with team members and supervisors to achieve service goals and maintain high-quality standards.
Experience you need: Proven experience as a window and door service technician or window and door fitter.
Strong working knowledge of tools and equipment used in the installation and repair of windows and doors.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and building plans.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to identify and resolve issues effectively.
