Overview:Due to continued growth and expansion, a vacancy exists within our Pharm Ops Engineering Group for an Engineer to support the Maintenance Strategy.
Reporting to the Site Engineering Lead, the incumbent will be a key player in the delivery of the new maintenance strategy. RequirementsRole:Develop preventative maintenance schedules and SLA with vendorsEnsure correct spare parts available for continuous operationSupport the development and registration of Equipment and Instrumentation registration on CMMS systems.Support of FAT's, Project walkdowns, Commissioning and Documentation Handover.Develop SOP's and WI for facilitySupport the validation of equipment in particular HVAC and Process AirEngineering metrics reporting and action planning.Continuous improvement through Digital and MPS (Tier, 8-step problem solving, standardisation etc.
