Contracts Manager A well-established and highly regarded Irish main contractor with a strong pipeline of large-scale construction projects is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their growing team. This role is specifically focused on landmark conservation and heritage restoration projects of €20m+ in Dublin City Centre, with works commencing in 2026. Known for delivering complex, high-value builds across conservation, commercial, and mixed-use sectors, this organisation offers excellent long-term career progression, a collaborative working culture, and the opportunity to lead technically demanding projects from pre-construction through to handover. Duties: Full project lifecycle management across complex conservation and city centre schemes from pre-construction through to handover Lead and manage site teams including Project Managers, Site Agents, and specialist heritage trades Commercial ownership budgets, costs, and value engineering within conservation constraints Primary liaison with client, design team, conservation architects, and statutory bodies throughout Subcontractor procurement and performance management, with focus on specialist heritage contractors Programme monitoring with proactive risk identification, cognisant of protected structure sensitivities Ensure full H&S and environmental compliance across live city centre sites Requirements: 10+ years' construction experience, with 35 years at Contracts Manager level Proven track record delivering conservation, protected structure, or landmark city centre projects (€20m+) Familiarity with conservation methodologies lime mortars, stone repair, historic fabric retention, and specialist M&E integration Strong commercial acumen with budget and subcontractor management experience Sound knowledge of construction contracts (RIAI, FIDIC, or NEC) Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline; built heritage qualification advantageous Package: €125k€135k Company Vehicle (EV options) Bonus Strong benefits package Excellent career progression If you are a Contracts Manager with a background in conservation or landmark city centre projects and are considering a career move, please feel free to send your CV or contact Declan Hasson for a confidential discussion.
