We are a dynamic soft drinks company rooted in authenticity and heritage, focusing on research, innovation, sustainability and listening to consumers.Role OverviewThis role is responsible for selling Britvic Ireland’s full beverage portfolio, including brands such as Pepsi, 7‑Up, Club, TK, Mi Wadi, Ballygowan and Aqua Libra, across the Foodservice sector. The role focuses on hunting new business and establishing a strong presence of our brands in Foodservice across the Wider Munster Region – including Cork, Kerry, Limerick and Waterford.What You’ll Be Doing• Winning with key customers in the wider Munster region through end‑to‑end management (pricing, promotions, forecasts, activations etc.).• Connecting across the full Team in Foodservice and Field sales, using customer data, insights and offers to win new business and new customers.What We’re Looking ForA real hunter who can make a positive impact with Britvic and in the foodservice sector.Someone who targets the largest opportunities in the region and works closely with the team of ADEs to ensure smooth handover once accounts go live.Ability to grow distribution, revenue, volume, trading contribution and market share by brand, channel and pack in line with or above target (New Accounts, Volume, Net Sales, TP) and achieve forecast accuracy.Improvement of product availability for the full Britvic soft drink range, including Pepsi, 7‑Up, Club, Ballygowan, MiWadi, Cidona, London Essence Premium mixers and Teisseire within the Foodservice Sector.Attendance at monthly meetings with the Foodservice Team to cover targets, operational standards and to live our growth culture.Collaboration with our regional & national wholesalers and their sales team to ensure strong representation.Education & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.What you can expect & you’ll be well‑rewarded withCompetitive salary, generous annual leave, bonus and recognitionLife assurance & income protectionPension (5% employee / 10% employer)Free product issuedVolunteering & wellbeing supportInclusive and supportive culture, fairness and representationWays of working that build inclusivity & champion diversity at every levelOur Growth CultureWe build a culture where growth sparks something bigger for your team, community and the world.
