About the opportunity:
Our Marketing department are looking for a Part-Time Marketing Administrator to join their team. This role will be based in the Cork Office and will report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager. This will be a part-time permanent role of 22.5 hours per week.
As a Marketing Administrator your duties will include but are not limited to;
* Assist in the preparation of proposals and quotations for potential clients, ensuring that all materials are accurate and tailored to client needs.
* Assist the professional staff in preparing reports and presentations, ensuring they meet the firm's standards for quality and presentation.
* Assist with the planning and execution of events, including charity, sustainability, and DEI initiatives.
* Help maintain and update the firm's marketing collateral to ensure consistency with the brand identity.
* Contribute to the firm's digital marketing efforts, including social media posts, blog content, and updates to the website.
* Assist in managing internal communications.
* Work with internal teams, including accounting, tax, audit, and consulting, to support marketing initiatives.
* General marketing administration.
Role Requirements
* An honours degree in Marketing, Communications or similar.
* A keen interest in both traditional and digital marketing.
* Strong communication and writing skills.
* Creative and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
