Due to success and strategic growth, they have an opening for an Asbestos surveyor. The successful applicant will operate across the greater Dublin region with a combination of site and office. Our client will offer structured training and progression.
Minimum
Excellent and accurate report writing skills
Experience of working in live projects
Sound knowledge of building contracts in a commercial context
Key accountabilities
Primarily working within the commercial sector undertaking a wide range of building surveying including
Comply with legislative and safety regulations
Contract administration
Dilapidations
Building Pathology
General building surveying commercial work in line with a Chartered Building Surveyor role
