We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced permanent full time Front Desk Receptionist to join us at The Cashel Palace Hotel.A Palladian manor, in the heart of Ireland, Cashel Palace is a luxury hideaway, meticulously restored and exquisitely reimagined. Spectacularly located by the Rock of Cashel in picturesque Co. Tipperary, the hotel is enveloped in nature and overlooked by ancient history.Role & Responsibilities:Receive and register guests on arrival in line with Company check-in procedures.Answer telephone calls promptly (within 3 rings) in a friendly and professional manner.Ensure that all documentation relating to the registration and checking out of guests is in accordance with Company procedures.This role will involve working 5 days over 7 to include weekend work.Experience in a 5 star/luxury property is desirableHotsoft experience and advantageIf you are ready to take the next step in your hospitality career, apply now
