Receiving and greeting callers, filing, photocopying, answering phones, delivering post and general office duties binding, setting up files, updating policies and procedures. The position will involve working with the team based in Rathfredagh Cheshire Home, serving as a front‑of‑office role dealing with the public and general office administration duties.
Hours: 19.5 hours per week as part of the Community Employment scheme. Location is 7 minutes by car from Newcastle West. Transportation can be provided to Rathfredagh.
