Technical Support Associate Scientist Job
This is a technical support role where you will be working in a global healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in a scientific or technical field and 0-2 years of experience.
Job Responsibilities:
* Project Execution: Execute projects and technical support activities autonomously, utilizing your independent judgement and minimal oversight.
* Product Improvement: Investigate standard complaints, prioritize medical and reportable complaints, and maintain quality records while staying updated on industry regulatory standards.
* Risk Management: Develop and maintain risk management files under guidance.
* Knowledge Sharing: Prepare reports and presentations for internal groups to share expertise and knowledge within the workgroup.
* Strategic Orientation: Demonstrate fiscal responsibility by supporting product availability and enhancements.
* Complaint Handling: Undertake multiple technical tasks for investigations, provide audit inputs, and necessary support.
Requirements:
* A Higher Certificate, Ordinary, Honours Bachelor's Degree or Masters Degree in a scientific or technical field or a relevant combination of education and experience.
* 0-2 years' related work experience.
