We are recruiting a Recruitment Specialist to work for a company in the South Dublin area.
We are seeking a candidate with previous experience of In House Recruitment, ideally from the Technical or IT sectors.
You will work directly with Business & Hiring Managers to hire quality staff members.
You will build a pipeline of suitable candidates for future roles.
This role will involve end to end recruitment, ensuring the candidate has a great experience along the way.
You will work on various projects
You will use data metrics to show recruitment activities
Requirements:
Min 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
Relevant Degree.
Proficiency in a Recruitment tracking system.
Must be customer focused.
This is a contract role to start as soon as possible.
