Electrical Chargehand Data Centre Project (Frankfurt) Rotation An established and well-regarded electrical contractor with over two decades of experience delivering electrical and instrumentation services is currently seeking a Chargehand Electrician for a data centre project based in Frankfurt. This role is available on a rotational basis or for those already based in-country. Our client operates across Ireland, the UK, and mainland Europe, delivering full turnkey solutions including design, installation, commissioning, and project management. They work within high-spec environments such as data centres, pharma, industrial facilities, and power infrastructure, and have a strong reputation for safe and efficient project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead a portion of the on-site electrical team to ensure timely and accurate project delivery. Maintain a high level of quality in both workmanship and materials used. Coordinate labour, materials, and subcontractors as needed. Enforce and monitor compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. Prepare and submit reports in accordance with company policies. Read and interpret project specifications, schematics, and layout drawings. Monitor progress and provide updates to management throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure proper PPE usage and enforce housekeeping standards across the site. Follow project plans and ensure tasks are executed efficiently. Assist with development and adherence to RAMS and site-specific plans. Requirements: Completed SOLAS Electrical Apprenticeship (Phases 1-7) and FETAC Level 6 qualification. Passed Senior Trades Exams with at least 2 years experience post-qualification. Proven experience as an electrician on large-scale industrial or commercial projects. Strong communication skills and fluency in English (written and verbal). Proficiency in basic computer applications (Word, Excel, etc.). Experience in sectors such as data centres, pharma, semiconductors, labs, hospitals, or industrial facilities is a strong advantage. Ability to thrive under pressure and meet project deadlines. Capable of taking on a leadership role within a wider project management structure. Skills: Electrical Commissioning Instrumentation
