Our company seeks a skilled Design Lead, who will spearhead our in-house design team. This individual will oversee the development of comprehensive design programs, aligning them with client contractual agreements.
About the Role
* Create and manage complex designs, ensuring seamless execution across multiple projects.
We are looking for someone with extensive experience in Timber Frame or modular build design, proficient in Auto CAD software, and familiar with Digital Project Delivery principles. Additionally:
* Knowledgeable about construction techniques and materials;
