Position Overview

We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our remote team. The primary responsibilities include task prioritization, efficient completion, and supporting the Executive Assistant.
The ideal candidate should have excellent English skills, a strong work ethic, and administrative experience. You should be capable of managing projects and delivering quality work with minimal supervision.

Position Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, confident, flexible, and demonstrate good organizational skills, including multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform administrative duties
* Input information into the company database
* Maintain up-to-date filing systems
* Support team-based activities
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders
* Respond to emails and calls
* Schedule meetings
* Book travel and accommodations
* Manage contact lists
* Prepare spreadsheets and online records
* Create presentations as needed
* Meet productivity and accuracy standards
* Handle sensitive information confidentially
* Follow policies and workflows
* Perform additional administrative tasks as required
Candidate Qualifications

* Experience as a Virtual Assistant or Office Admin (BPO preferred)
* Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills
* Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Organizational skills with multi-tasking ability
* High-speed internet (20Mbps+ download)
* Typing speed of 20+ WPM
Conditions of Employment
All locations: Must be authorized to work in the country of employment.
Position-dependent: Willing to undergo background/security checks and drug screening; employment contingent on results.

Physical Requirements
This role is largely sedentary, requiring long periods of sitting/standing, computer and phone use, and occasional movement and lifting up to 40 pounds.
