 
        We are recruiting for a Hotel Front Office Manager to join our existing team.Ideally the lucky person will have minimum of 2 years management or supervisory experience in an hotel environment. The candidate will be motivated and hardworking with a strong commitment and emphasis on quality and standards while providing excellent customer care.Main Responsibilities:Lead the front office team to make sure all procedures are followedMaintain a supportive environment by training and developing both new and existing staff members.Drive excellence by implementing and training on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and high standards.Supporting the front office team and Management teamProviding the highest customer service for all of the hotel internal and external guestsMaximise revenue through effective upsellingTake charge of rostering for the department.Covering Duty Manager shiftsEngage in management meetings to stay informed and contribute to the overall success of the property.Coordinate with the Accommodation department to make sure all guest request are meetRequirements:Prior experience as a Hotel Front Office Manager is essential.Proficiency in Hotel Front Office PMS, (Opera is an advantage)Must be a team player with the ability to multi taskMust possess excellent communication and interpersonal skillsPlease note that this position is for shift work and involves working weekendsSkills:PMS Opera Excellent customer service HOSPITALITY EXPERIENCEJob Type: PermanentPay: €30,000.00-€38,000.00 per yearBenefits:FlexitimeWork Location: In person
