Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and check-in guests with a warm and friendly demeanour.
* Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel's services and amenities.
* Assist guests with check-out procedures and ensure billing accuracy.
* Handle reservations and booking inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
* Respond to guest requests promptly and efficiently.
* Collaborate with other hotel staff to address guest needs and concerns.
* Keep updated records of room availability and guest accounts.
* Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
* Handle guest complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
* Previous experience with PMS systems.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Computer Skills
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
