Team Lead
The primary objective of this role is to provide care and support through a person-centred approach, meeting the practical, physical, and emotional needs of service users with an Intellectual Disability/ABI/Autism.
About the Role
This Team Lead will work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team in service delivery, reporting directly to the Person In-Charge. They will also be responsible for coordinating shifts and supervising other staff.
