We have a temporary vacancy for a Process Engineering Specialist for a 12-month FTC.
Primary Objectives: Follow all health and safety rules and regulations.Report hazards immediately.Consult SOPs for all tasks and ensure full understanding and adherence.Maintain proper housekeeping and GMP standards.Coordinate with the Engineering & EHS Manager to set departmental goals and schedules.Communicate effectively with all departments.Plan work according to plant demand and manpower.Maintain stock levels and proper in/out controls.Ensure compliance with Abbott standards, GMP, and environmental requirements.Promote good employee relations.Improve efficiencies to reduce product costs.Ensure equipment faults are promptly addressed and checked.Complete and maintain all P.M. forms accurately.Follow safety procedures for hotwork, confined space entry, lockout/tagout, and working at heights.Support updates to procedures and SOPs.Deputise for other engineers when needed.Support Business Excellence initiatives.Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.At least 2 years of relevant engineering experience.Organizational, motivational, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work on platforms, scaffolding, and ladders.Strong problem-solving skills.Attention to detail to ensure production targets are met.Connect with us at > and on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and YouTube.
