Overview:Benefit is Glowing… We Mean Growing… and we are currently searching for a Part-time 30-hour Brow and Beauty Expert to make real connections in Boutique Dublin South William StreetResponsibilities:As a Brow and Beauty Expert, your missions, will be as follows:Sales Goals - Achieving individual retail sales goals agreed with the counter manager, making connections with customers, demonstrating products.Brow services - Waxing, Tinting and tweezing to ensure customers love their brows and book repeat appointments.Teamwork- Everyone is expected to help all team members to ensure all the counter and business needs are met.Promotions and Special Events- Supporting both in store or external events and charity events.Administration- An individual daily and weekly worksheet will be completed, and where necessary you will assist with counter manager administration.Hygiene and Housekeeping- You will ensure the counter and displays are kept clean and hygienic at all times.Qualifications:The Bene-Fit for a Brow and Beauty Expert: Dynamic, enthusiasticPassion for make-up and RetailResult-oriented, who likes a challengeDesire to provide a uniquecustomer experienceFlexible availability including weekends, late nights, Bank holidays and holiday periods.Minimum 6 months retail experienceBold Brows and even Bolder Opportunities as a Brow and Beauty ExpertThe brand behind Benetint, The POREfessional, BADgal BANG, and probably at least one eyebrow product in your bag.
