Overview
PepsiCo Finance Graduate Programme is a 3-year program designed for high-potential graduate students to gain real-life business impact experience. We are looking to hire a Finance Graduate to join our team in Cork, Ireland, starting September 2025 for a duration of three years.
Who We Are:
* We are the concentrate team in PepsiCo (PGCS), working across Beverage, Nutrition, and Snacks to deliver concentrate for brands like Gatorade, 7Up, and Pepsi.
* We source ingredients to manufacture over 1,200 recipes for our brands.
* We are a global organization with 15 locations across 6 countries, offering careers in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Finance, R&D, HR, and IT.
* We collaborate in a fast-paced environment, passionate about creating and delivering household brands worldwide.
The successful candidate will work within the Controls and Reporting team on a 36-month graduate training program, training as a Qualified Accountant through a recognized accountancy body and gaining relevant experience at PepsiCo.
Responsibilities
Specific Tasks Include:
* Proactively manage cash flow responsibilities for the business.
* Support the month-end/period-end close process.
* Coordinate and assist in quarterly balance sheet reviews.
* Support month-end and Advertising & Marketing reporting.
* Participate in projects such as process improvements to drive efficiencies and achieve objectives.
Qualifications
What do I need to apply?
* An accounting degree or equivalent.
* Excellent analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
* Team player with effective teamwork skills.
* Results-oriented with a commitment to achieving objectives.
* A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and be flexible.
