It’s an exciting time to join the Information Technology Team. As the IT Labeling Technology Lead, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Labeling Technical Lead for IT to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation and support of our SAP ERP system to support labeling globally for our pharmaceutical business. You will develop tools to manage the development and design of new labeling and modify standard operating procedures when regulations change.
Responsibilities:
* Manage labeling and graphics direction and support in the design, development, and procurement of product labeling.
* Coordinate labeling requirements with outside distribution to support business and compliance needs.
* Support system integration of diverse data sources and technologies used in labeling solutions.
* Collaborate with the Application Management Service team to provide technical support, documentation, and create/maintain Work Instructions for labeling/graphic processes.
* Participate as a core team member on product and process projects related to graphics and labeling, providing input on capability, impact, and timelines.
* Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices; share knowledge with the team.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
* Extensive experience with SAP ERP systems, specifically in labeling solutions
* Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and best practices (preferred)
* Knowledge of supporting applications (MES/LIMS) and their interdependencies with SAP Quality
* Experience in Project Portfolio / Lifecycle Management
* Experience working with external vendors and managing virtual teams internationally
* Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Location:
The preferred location for this role is Cork, Ireland; remote work within Ireland is also possible.
