The Sub-Regional Manager is accountable for the operational execution, compliance, and governance of security services across multiple sites within a designated subregion. This role ensures that all site-level operations meet our clients contractual obligations, corporate standards, and regulatory requirements. The manager leads Site Supervisors in delivering consistent, high-quality services, while actively participating in governance forums and performance reviews to drive continuous improvement and strategic alignment.Key Responsibilities:1. Operational Execution & OversightEnsure daily operational readiness across all sites, including guard force coverage, system functionality, and SOP adherence.Conduct site visits and operational audits to validate service delivery and compliance.Maintain site dossiers with updated SOPs, escalation protocols, emergency plans, and contact lists.Monitor and enforce roster accuracy, shift attendance, and contingency staffing plans.2. Team Leadership & Site SupervisionDirectly manage Site Supervisors, providing coaching, performance evaluations, and succession planning.Ensure timely recruitment, onboarding, and training of site-level personnel.Monitor turnover rates and ensure backfill of vacancies within 8 weeks.Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.3. Incident Management & RCA/CAPALead initial response and coordination for critical incidents (e.g., workplace violence, theft, system failures).Ensure Site Supervisors follow escalation protocols and report incidents within required timeframes:Safety risk: within 4 hoursSecurity breach: within 24 hoursConduct preliminary investigations and support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective/Preventive Actions (CAPA).4. Compliance & Audit ReadinessEnsure all sites comply with our clients policies, local laws, and regulatory frameworks.Maintain audit-ready documentation including risk assessments and training logs.Support internal and external audits, including subcontractor compliance reviews.5. Business Continuity & Emergency PreparednessImplement and maintain site-specific Business Continuity Plans (BCPs).Ensure emergency kits, evacuation plans, and contact lists are updated and tested quarterly.Coordinate and document emergency drills (e.g., lockdown, shelter-in-place, fire evacuation).6. Vendor & Subcontractor OversightMonitor subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to Minimum Security Standards.Validate subcontractor training, background checks, and EHS prequalification.Participate in annual vendor reviews and site-specific BCP testing.7. Governance & Stakeholder EngagementRepresent the subregion in governance forums such as Site Leadership Team (SLT), Operations Management Team (OMT), and Performance Management Reviews (PMRs).Deliver monthly operational summaries and contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).Collaborate with HR, Facilities, EHS, and Legal to align site-level operations with strategic goals.Conduct Voice of the Customer (VOC) sessions and manage stakeholder feedback loops.8. Financial Oversight & KPI ReportingSupport site-level budget tracking, invoice validation, and cost optimization initiatives.Submit monthly KPI reports including:Guard force complianceIncident response metricsAudit findings and closuresBudget vs. actualsTrack and report on Gateway and Standard KPIs, ensuring zero tolerance thresholds are met.
