About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to manage our designated centre, providing a high-quality service to residents and effectively managing staff and resources.

* Effective management of staff team and resources
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* A degree in a relevant area (Level 8 qualification desirable)
* Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland or CORU as a Social Care Worker
* A strong working knowledge of HIQA Standards and Health Act (2007) Regulations (2013)
* Clinical experience supporting people with dementia
* A postgraduate qualification in a relevant area would be advantageous
* 5 plus years' experience in the disability sector would be beneficial
* A management qualification would be an advantage
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a management or supervisory role in health or social care
* Excellent computer literacy and information technology skills
* Possess excellent report writing skills
* An up-to-date, valid Irish Driving Licence
Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary scale in accordance with qualifications and Department of Health consolidated pay scales. The CNM2 scale is €60,854-€74,658 per annum, while the SCM2 scale is €60,658-€69,410 per annum.
