They wish to appoint Site Manager for €35M mixed commercial project in Phibsborough.
The project is unusual – part new build restoration refurbishment fit out.
Work closely with design teams and specialist subcontractors as well as the usual.
Part of the project is very intricate, detailed design, one-off build, standalone site
Your team will consist of Restoration Manager, Finishing Manager, Engineers, QS etc reporting to Contracts Manager
Work closely with PM/CM to effectively plan project, ensuring that all project requirements, specification, design drawings, health and safety proposals are read, understood and agreed, and the program is in place.
Maintain the work schedule and track progress, compiling and providing weekly reports, safety audits and records
Supervise and manage all site operatives, overseeing all aspects of their work
Ensure highest SHEQ standards are enforced
