Employer Brand ManagerWhat is the roleThe Employer BrandManageris responsible forall employerbrand activity;bringing to lifethe Colleague Deal for all colleague and candidate audiences for Flutter Functions & UKI Region.This role holder will drive increasedawareness, engagement and consideration of what it is like to work for Flutter;ensuringthe business become recognised as a leadingemployer of choice.
Ultimately, this will helpbuildquality future-ready talent pipelines to support Flutter's business growth.A key member of the Employer Branding & Attraction team, their remit is inclusive of high-volume Retail & Customer Operations, Corporate Specialist roles (e.g. Commercial & Tech) and Emerging Talent across both Flutter Functions and UKI Region.Key Responsibilities:Manage the application of the Flutter employer brand; ensuring it is used consistently and effectively both; internally across the colleague lifecycle and externally across candidate touchpoints Design, develop and implement a range of employer brand campaigns (e.g. always-on, nurture, strategic hiring)with clear objectivesto increaseawareness and engagementofthe Flutter brand.
In conjunction with the Employer Brand & Attraction Lead, build tailored propositions, as needed, for priority brands & functions thatalign to the core Colleague Deal;yetare personalised to reflect the key talent pool requirementsDevelop a content strategy that brings theemployer brand to life across various platforms and channels in collaboration with suppliers and internal functionsManage thecareers site platform (and other employer branding platforms);continuously evolving it to ensure an intuitive, personalised candidate experienceManage allFlutter social media channels; including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
Responsible for posting, monitoring and optimising content for each platform to engage potential candidates and amplify employer brand awarenessIn conjunction with the Employer Brand & Attraction Lead, manage the employer brand guidelines being the guardian of how Flutters employer identity is expressed and experienced consistently, across all channels and audiencesManage and optimise key relationships with suppliers and in-house creative support; providing clear briefs and ensuring they can demonstrate clear value-add and service excellenceRegularly reviewall data insights across employer brand channels, content and campaign activity to monitor performance, track engagement and optimise future strategiesStay up to date on market trends, competitor intelligenceand 3rd party innovation in employer branding to ensure theoffering is relevant, appealing and differentiatedExperience Required: Background in Employer Branding and Recruitment MarketingExperience of developing and executing effectiveemployer brand strategies andcampaigns aligned with business objectivesProficiency inmanaging digital channels,preferably employer brand channels, (e.g. careers websites and social media)andunderstanding of high-quality contentrequired to amplify Employer Brand messagingProven experience of embedding employer brandthroughout the colleague lifecycle; collaborating with and influencing different teams to showcase the Colleague DealProven track-record in delivery of employer brand and attraction performance metricsCapabilities & Behaviours:Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to work at speed across multiple campaigns, projects and deadlinesExcellent collaborator with peers, suppliers, stakeholders and wider colleague populationCreative skills and ability to come up with innovative ideas and strategiesExcellent communication and storytelling skillsAbility to analyse a range of information/data to deliver insights and build creative and business focused solutions
