Responsibilities
Lead all spa and wellness operations within a luxury hotel environment, ensuring a 5-star guest experience
Curate and oversee premium wellbeing programs, including yoga, meditation, mindfulness sessions, and holistic therapies
Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team of spa therapists, wellness practitioners, and front-of-house staff
Develop exclusive spa and wellness packages aligned with the hotel's luxury brand and guest expectations
Manage departmental budgeting, revenue growth, and cost control while maintaining top-tier service standards
Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and cleanliness protocols across all spa and wellness areas
Collaborate with marketing and hotel departments to promote wellness offerings and drive guest engagement
Foster a serene and restorative environment that aligns with luxury hospitality and wellness excellence.
Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Administration or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in an assistant management role within a spa, wellness center, or luxury hotel environment.
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of spa services, treatments, and product retailing.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
