HR Business Partner
This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a key member of the Human Resources team.
The HR Business Partner will play a critical role in supporting the site leadership team to drive business outcomes and translate HR strategies into actionable plans.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience in employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and training.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about building strong relationships with employees and managers, and can effectively communicate complex HR concepts in a clear and concise manner.
* Talent Acquisition: Partner with people managers and leaders to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
* Employee Relations: Act as a primary point of contact for site employees and people managers/leaders to address HR-related inquiries and resolve issues.
* Performance Management: Guide and support people managers/leaders in conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
* Training and Development: Work with the regional HR manager and L&D manager to identify training needs and coordinate the delivery of relevant training programs.
This role requires a high level of interaction with employees and management, both in-person and through virtual communication platforms.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is required. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a human resources business partner is also necessary.
This is a permanent position based in Sligo, Ireland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Irish employment law and HR best practices.
