This key role involves delivering expert tax guidance across strategic projects, supporting clients in wealth management and restructuring.
* Deliver clear and practical tax advice across all tax heads.
* Support company incorporations, restructuring initiatives, and succession plans for privately owned businesses and partnerships.
* Provide guidance on property transactions, including related VAT considerations.
* Handle ad-hoc queries on income tax, corporation tax, VAT, and stamp duty.
* Assist partners in managing tax engagements and client communications.
Suitable candidates will possess:
* A relevant professional qualification, such as AITI or CTA.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a tax consultancy role within a medium or large practice.
* Broad experience across multiple tax disciplines.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
